What is the difference between greenwashing and true business sustainability? This program was built by Katrin Muff and Thomas Dyllick, the authors who built the sustainability stage model.

Holistic approach to strategy and leadership for the mid-career professionals

In our executive leadership program, we approach business sustainability, change, and social innovation from three different perspectives. This provides a holistic approach to strategy and leadership for the mid-career professionals in the program.

Sustainability is becoming increasingly complex. Climate change, biodiversity loss, water shortage, droughts and heat waves, refugee and migration issues, global inequality, supply chain issues due to conflict, COVID-19, hunger and obesity… We frame these challenges as business opportunities in disguise and provide a purpose-driven innovation process for organizations of any kind to apply.

The business environment is changing fast with cities, regions and nations implementing future-relevant measures that trigger innovation. Business is challenges to achieve Net Zero, not just in its own operations but also across its supply and value chain. This new challenge is overwhelming for most. We provide strategic clarity so that you can lead change in your organization, not just reducing your negative footprint but also generating interesting positive impact.

Organizations face broad pressure ranging from ESG reporting, to fast-changing regulations, to growing customer and employee expectations. We demonstrate how business can embed sustainability into its core as a source for new revenue and new business models, and not just as a source for more cost. Sustainability can help secure the future of your business, also economically.
